These are proposed tracts, property will be surveyed once one of the tracts is under contract. Seller pays the surveying cost. Seller will consider offers for the entire 58.84 acres as is, but not for any acreage amounts less than what is shown in Tract 1. When one tract is sold a deed restriction limiting each tract to be subdivided into no more than three tax parcels with no tax parcel being smaller than five acres. Tracts will also be restricted to single family homes with minimum 2,500 sq. ft of heated area. Barns & Barndominiums will be permitted.
